Tuesday 01/29/2002 After a review of the recent battles between Starman and his blue defenders and Siegi_Slaughter's red team, realstarman.com analysts came to the conclusion that there is a significant change to the fighting style of Starman.

Undoubtedly, Starman is now sniping much more than in the past.

"He is now doing what he called cowardly behavior in the past. I think he recognizes that sniping is a required skill, in fact the ultimate skill if you ask me. Siegi_Slaughter mastered it long ago."

Angus McPherson asked Starman about this during one of his visits to the Crosshairs and got the following comment out of Starman:
"When you have 3 cowardly sniping lamers on the opposing team picking off your mates just like that, you gotta do something. I chose to use the shooting skills I always had and show 'em. I still run around and kill a lot, but with slimy cowards in the opposing team, I never go without a Rifle so that I can shoot those campers off their perch."

Sunday 01/27/2002 Siegi_Slaughter and Starman met in a 3 Games Challenge Match. They played CTF-DiamondSword, CTF-BridgeXL and CTF-Hydro16.

Starman's Blue Team won the first and the last, Siegi_Slaughter's team won the second map.

However, the last game was a close 1.

The Webmasters declare Starman the winner with a score of 2:1.

"Siegi_Slaughter seems to come back to his normal reliable form. He clearly dominates BridgeXL", says Emilie Stormcloud.

Angus McPherson commented:
"Starman has still an Ultrascore of 104. This score has never been reached by any other fighter. Siegi_Slaughter's performance still ranges way below Starman's with a few peaks that reach into Starman's league.
He needs a lot of practice fights in the Arena."

Sunday 01/20/2002 The Big Sunday Match took place. Click on the link for details. In short, Starman won most of the games with luck and skill. Siegi_Slaughter left after 6 Games and Sturmbringer still needs to practice a bit.

"Sturmbringer did well for his first appearance and don't forget who his opponents were. It was a disaster for Siegi_Slaughter." said Angus McPherson, a realstarman.com reporter.

Emilie Stormcloud said: "They both [Siegi_Slaughter and Starman] have their highs and lows. Today was SSL's low and Starman's high. I wonder what happens when they meet and both have a 'high'...".

"Yesterday he won by a hair's breadth, today everything was back to normal. He's just incompetent, I tell you." commented Starman in an email to realstarman.com.

Saturday 01/19/2002 Siegi_Slaughter won 2:0 in a challenge match against Starman! It seems like last Sunday was a momentary lapse or blind luck.
A 2-hour rematch is scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday 01/20/2002, 14:00 CET. Details will be published soon!
Monday 01/14/2002 Rumors about Siegi_Slaughter challenging Starman for a re-match. Starman declines. No comment from Starman or Siegi_Slaughter.

"It would be very strange for Starman to refuse a fight", a realstarman.com spokesperson said.

Sunday, 01/13/2002 Sunday, 13th January 2000 was a black day for Siegi_Slaughter. He met his arch enemy, Starman,  in the Thunderdome. Out of 4 games he won only one.
"One can call this a total defeat", a realstarman.com spokesperson said.
Starman already commented on his victory: "This was too easy. He must have lost the edge during his vacation".

Siegi_Slaughter is back. After his first 3 fights, he already has an Ultra-Score of 98.0.

Sunday, 01/06/2002 Starman breaks the magic limit and reaches an Ultrascore of 100.7.
To achieve this, he had to win 2/3 of his games while maintaining a fantastic 34 CTF Score per game.
He is the first fighter who broke this limit.
